I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), a fancy way of saying I empower others to discover natural, healthy living through nutrition and lifestyle balance.
I want to help everyone I can to live a more balanced life and overcome struggles like digestive issues, fatigue, lack of mental clarity and focus, negative relationships with food, etc.
I wholeheartedly believe that people thrive when they eat nutritious foods and experience the culture and connection that naturally blooms as they gather around a table to give gratitude, feast, and commune with each other.
As we return to our ancestors’ ways and the roots of culture, we find ourselves replenished and satisfied.
Today’s culture is like no other in human history—it’s a melting pot of diversity, yet we’ve somehow lost so much of what enriches it. Culture has become convenience in this fast-paced modern world.
The drive-thru fast-food chains, superstore value deals, and a plethora of questionably healthy products compete for our attention. And in the middle of it all, is our health and well-being.
We find ourselves with digestive issues, bloating, heartburn, headaches, lack of mental clarity and focus, hormonal issues, poor relationships with food, and the list goes on.
This is not culture. This is not healthy living.
And I was caught in the middle like so many people… Once upon a time, I developed skin issues, digestive issues, and hormonal imbalances. It took me years to figure out what was going on. When I learned about proper digestion and nutrition and implemented small, consistent changes in my life, I noticed HUGE results in my health and well-being.
So much so that I wanted to share my learnings with others. So, I resigned from teaching and pursued my passion for becoming a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) to empower others to discover natural, healthy living through nutrition and lifestyle balance. It’s changed my life forever in the best way I could have ever imagined.
I wholeheartedly believe that people thrive—physically, mentally, and emotionally—when they eat nutrient-dense-whole foods. Beyond that, they can experience the culture and connection that naturally blooms as they gather around a table to give gratitude, feast, and commune with each other.
Our ancestors knew it, and if we simply look back, we can learn how to enrich our lives and the people we care about deeply—creating a culture of healthy nutrition that can be passed down through the generations—all while sitting at a table.
Food isn’t just fuel. It’s fellowship. It’s life-giving beyond the scientific discoveries in nutrition and holistic health. When we change how we are consuming, what we are consuming, and why, our world shifts for the better. As we return to our ancestors’ ways and the roots of culture, we find ourselves replenished and satisfied.
It has become my greatest passion to share the wisdom and knowledge I’ve gathered over the years with you. No two people are alike, and no two nutritional guides are interchangeable. We may all be different, but everyone is welcome at the table to experience the feast of holistic nutritional wisdom. Together we can get you out of your nutritional struggle and into a place of health and wellness.
So pull up a chair and come to the table. We’re waiting for you.
THIS IS WHY I DO WHAT I DO
People thrive—physically, mentally, and emotionally—when they eat nutrient dense-whole foods. Beyond that, they can experience the culture and connection that naturally blooms as they gather around a table to give gratitude, feast, and commune with each other.
THIS IS WHAT I DO
I established a space for women and families—who desire natural, healthy living through nutrition and lifestyle balance—to support and improve digestion, energy levels, mental clarity, and focus, hormone balance, and establish a positive relationship with food, etc., in this fast-paced modern world.
THIS IS HOW I DO IT
I focus on personalized, bio-individualized plans for people that equip and empower them to achieve their nutrition and lifestyle goals by helping them reconnect with food and the culture it creates.

“Hannah has been my North Compass over this past year as I’ve revamped my way of thinking about food, how I interact with it, and the people I care about. She’s helped me see that food isn’t just fuel—it’s fellowship and something that brings people together. I no longer feel shame and guilt when I eat, and I owe it all to Hannah.”
