Nutrition 101 Session
Basics of Nutrition
As I listen to your story, I will share current industry wisdom and knowledge while also going over the foundations of nutrition to help jumpstart your nutrition journey.
1 Hour + 20-Minute Session
Nutrition Membership Plan
Our first session will consist of an hour-and-a-half meeting to review your bio-individualized assessment, goals, and strategy for moving forward. From there on out, I will coach you through the coming weeks via the forms of communication best suited for you. In addition, I recommend a 50-minute face-to-face session around week three—unless virtual sessions are necessary due to travel, illness, schedule limitations, etc.
Typically I will see a client for 2-6 months—depending on goals, health issues, and desire for accountability.
1 hour + 20-minute session, coaching and accountability support via email and/or phone communications, a 50-minute session, and additional communication support and feedback.
Once your goals have been established and we are well on our way to creating new habits through recommendations, we may need to extend our coaching. This varies for each client, however, a consistent month commitment includes (2) 30-minute sessions, coaching and accountability, assessments of progress, and course-corrected goals if needed.
Check-In Nutrition Session
After we’ve spent time together to help achieve your goals and create positive change in your nutrition journey, it can be nice to have follow-up visits to see how things are going.
These meetings are designed to be benchmark check-ins to help with accountability on your health journey.
